detox and ‘spring clean’ your body with DETOX WATER. With you I will share my two favourite recipes

1. Detox with Lemon, Cucumber, Mint Water

Priprava:
Kumaro in limono dobro operemo pod tekočo vodo in narežemo na rezine. V večji steklen kozarec ali steklenico naložimo meto ter rezine limone in kumare. Nato dolijemo še svežo vodo. Kozarec ali steklenico zapremo in čez noč položimo v hladilnik, da dobimo odlično osvežilno razstrupljevalno mešanico.
Instructions:
Cucumber and
lemon wash under running tap water and cut into slices. In a large jar or
bottle add mint and slices of lemon and cucumber. Mix in a large jar or bottle
and allow the fridge overnight. This is a really tasty drink and one that
offers many wonderful detoxing benefits.
Kumare -> Kumara
je bogata z vitamini in minerali.
Cucumber-> Cucumber is rich in vitamins and minerals.
Limona-> Deluje
kot blagi, naravni diuretik. Čeprav je limona kisla, v organizmu postane
alkalna (bazična), prav alkalna živila pa so ključ za dobro zdravje in energijo
Lemon-> Lemon
water makes for a powerful detox drink; lemon juice helps to cleanse and
alkalize the body.
Meta-> Meta je
naravni diuretik, pospešuje hujšanje, izločanje vode iz telesa, uravnava
prebavo in čisti organizem. Meta vsebuje veliko vitamina A in C, omega 3
maščobne kisline, magnezij, kalcij, kalij in baker.
Mint-> Mint helps settle your stomach and aids in digestion as well. Also
contains a lot of vitamin A and C, omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, calcium,
potassium, and copper.

Priprava:
Limono in jagode dobro operemo pod tekočo vodo. Jagode, ingver in limono narežemo na rezine ter jih skupaj s kajenskim poprom in meto naložimo v večji kozarec ali steklenico. Nato dolijemo še svežo vodo. Kozarec ali steklenico zapremo in čez noč položimo v hladilnik, da dobimo odlično osvežilno razstrupljevalno in prijetno pekočo mešanico.

Kajenski poper->
Kajenski poper vsebuje veliko vitamina A, B6, E in C, riboflavin, kalij in
mangan. Krepi imunski sistem, spodbuja prekrvitev, znižuje vročino, učinkuje
protibakterijsko in protivnetno.
Cayenne pepper-> Cayenne pepper is high in vitamin A, B6, E, C,
riboflavin, potassium, and manganese. It has also been shown to aid in the
oxidation of adipose tissue, regulate high blood pressure, promote healthy
liver function and tissue production, help regulate the digestive system, and
promote healthy mucus production in the membranes that line internal organs.
