DETOX DAY
Ena izmed mojih novoletnih zaobljub, je tudi raztrupljevalni dan. Zakaj samo en dan? Preprosto zato, ker nisem tip človeka, ki bi zdržal ta režim en teden ali dva, kaj šele cel mesec. Kar nekaj časa sem iskala nekaj kar bi mi ustrezalo in seveda, da bi zdržala. In končno sem našla :). Priznati moram, da ko sem prvič brala "program" se mi je zdel lahek in, da bom jaz to z lahkoto zdržala. Ampak ni tako lahko kot se bere. Prva polovica dneva je šla mimo z lahkoto, kriza je pri meni nastala popoldne. Ampak saj veste, "kjer je volja, je tudi moč" ;).
KORAK 1
ZAJTRK:
na tešče popij 0,5 l mlačne vode s sokom pol limone in žličko meda.
KORAK 2
Če ti čas
dopušča si privošči vaje za raztezanje joga ali pilates. Jaz obožujem Yoga withAdriene.
KORAK 3
DOPOLDANSKA
MALICA: sok iz sveže rdeče pese, jabolka, limone in korenčka.
KORAK 4
KOSILO:
paradižnikova juha
KORAK 5
Popoldanska
60 minutna hitra hoja
KORAK 6
VEČERJA:
solata s piščancem (jaz piščanca ne jem zato sem si zraven solate naredila
goveji zrezek)
Čez dan
je popemno, da piješ kar se da veliko tekočino, zaželjeno je 1,5 l vode ali pa
nesladkanega čaja. V kolikor ti sama voda ni všeč, jo lahko poestriš s koščki limone in pomaranče.

ti, si že poskusila kakšen raztrupljevalni program? Kako si se motivirala?
One of my
New Year resolutions is also Detox day. Why just one day? Simply because I'm
not the type of girl who could hold this regime for a week or two. I spent some
time looking for something that would suit me and, of course, that I will cope
with, and finally I found :). I must admit that when I first read the
"program" seemed easy and that it will be a piece of cake for me. But
it is not as easy as it reads. The first half of the day was easy, the crisis
has arrived and the afternoon after lunch. But you know, "where is the
will, there is also the power" ;).
STEP 1
BREAKFAST:
on an empty stomach drink 0.5 litres of warm water with the juice of half lemon
and with teaspoon of honey.
STEP 2
If you
have time you can afford stretching exercises yoga or pilates. I love Yoga withAdriene.
STEP 3
SNACK:
homemade juice from fresh beetroot, apple, lemon and carrots.
STEP 4
Lunch:
Tomato soup
STEP 5
Afternoon:
60 minutes fast walking
STEP 6
Dinner:
Salad with chicken (I do not eat chicken so I do salad with beef steak).
During
the day, it is important to drink a lot of liquid, preferably 1.5 litres of
water or unsweetened tea. If you do not like the water, you can enrich it with
pieces of lemon and orange.
