5 WORKOUT VIDEOS YOU CAN DO AT HOME
Njeni videi so meni najljubši. Fanj se ogreješ, raztegneš in sprostiš.
Tone It Up spletno stran in YouTube kanal ustvarjata Karena Dawn and Katrina Scott.
Meni najljubše so 30 minutne vadbe.
Exercising at home has many advantages for
me. One of the advantages is privacy and also I do not need to worry about how
I look in the eyes of others :). Because I exercise at home, this saves me a
lot of time, I can calmly take a shower, but I do not have a limited time to
when and how much time we practised. This time I share with you some of my
favourite YouTube videos.
Yoga with Adriene's "Yoga Revolution"
Yoga with Adriene's "Yoga Revolution"
Who does not like Adrien? :) Her videos are my favourite. When I feel a little bit lazy and I just want to do something that’s quick, but effective her exercises are perfect for that. There are a tonne of videos on her channel, but her 31 day-long Yoga Revolution is my favourite. I’ve been following along and enjoy how I feel slightly warmed, really chill and stretch after each one. All you need is a yoga mat and comfortable clothes :)
This exercise is ideal for get your energy levels up, especially if you sit in in the office and classroom all day. All you need is a yoga mat and water. The whole exercise consists of two repeated circuits and a plank challenge at the end.
Tone It Up website and YouTube channel creates Karena Dawn and Katrina Scott. In their channels, as well as on the website you can find a lot of different exercises and different fitness and lifestyle tips. Bikini Series are my favourite workouts. Girls each year draw up a program with different exercises, recipes and tips on how to best prepare for the summer.
On this channel, you can find a bunch of exercises, which are divided into different groups. My favourite is 30 minutes of exercise.
This exercise is designed to be completed at home and with minimal equipment. All you need here is a yoga mat or towel and wine bottle or something that’s slightly heavy that can be dragged or rolled across the floor. It’s a great one to either complete as many circuits of as you can with minimal rest for 10 minutes. I have only one word for this exercise OUCH! :)
xoxo,
Mija
