SPRING CLEANSING DETOX WATER


Pomlad je že tu in da se bomo v svoji koži počutile še bolje, si privoščimo očiščevalno pomladno kuro s pomočjo DETOX VODE. Z vami bom delila moja dva najljubša recepta nad katerima sem navdušena J.

Spring is here and it is the perfect time to do a detox and ‘spring clean’ your body with DETOX WATER. With you I will share my two favourite recipes J.

1. Detox with Lemon, Cucumber, Mint Water





Sestavine:
Ingredients:
  •    1,5 l vode
  •    1 kumara
  •    1 limona
  •    Nekaj listkov sveže mete

  •    1,5 l water
  •    1 cucumber
  •    1 lemon
  •    Fresh mint leaves


Priprava:
Kumaro in limono dobro operemo pod tekočo vodo in narežemo na rezine. V večji steklen kozarec ali steklenico naložimo meto ter rezine limone in  kumare. Nato dolijemo še svežo vodo. Kozarec ali steklenico zapremo in čez noč položimo  v hladilnik, da dobimo odlično osvežilno razstrupljevalno mešanico.

Instructions:
Cucumber and lemon wash under running tap water and cut into slices. In a large jar or bottle add mint and slices of lemon and cucumber. Mix in a large jar or bottle and allow the fridge overnight. This is a really tasty drink and one that offers many wonderful detoxing benefits.

Kumare -> Kumara je bogata z vitamini in minerali.
Cucumber-> Cucumber is rich in vitamins and minerals.

Limona-> Deluje kot blagi, naravni diuretik. Čeprav je limona kisla, v organizmu postane alkalna (bazična), prav alkalna živila pa so ključ za dobro zdravje in energijo
Lemon-> Lemon water makes for a powerful detox drink; lemon juice helps to cleanse and alkalize the body.

Meta-> Meta je naravni diuretik, pospešuje hujšanje, izločanje vode iz telesa, uravnava prebavo in čisti organizem. Meta vsebuje veliko vitamina A in C, omega 3 maščobne kisline, magnezij, kalcij, kalij in baker.
Mint-> Mint helps settle your stomach and aids in digestion as well. Also contains a lot of vitamin A and C, omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and copper.


2. Bikini Punch



Sestavine:
Ingredients:

  •    1,5 l vode
  •    1 limona
  •    5 rezin na tanko narezanega ingverja
  •    3 jagode (ali katerokoli drugo sadje)
  •    Nekaj listkov sveže mete
  •    Ščepec kajenskega popra (da bo okus bolj pekoč J)

  •    1,5 l water
  •    1 lemon
  •    Thinly slice 1-inch of fresh ginger
  •     strawberries (or your favourite fruit)
  •    Fresh mint leaves
  •    A pinch of cayenne pepper (to taste hottie J)

Priprava:
Limono in jagode dobro operemo pod tekočo vodo. Jagode, ingver in limono narežemo na rezine ter jih skupaj s kajenskim poprom in meto naložimo v večji kozarec ali steklenico. Nato dolijemo še svežo vodo. Kozarec ali steklenico zapremo in čez noč položimo v  hladilnik, da dobimo odlično osvežilno razstrupljevalno in prijetno pekočo mešanico.

Kajenski poper-> Kajenski poper vsebuje veliko vitamina A, B6, E in C, riboflavin, kalij in mangan. Krepi imunski sistem, spodbuja prekrvitev, znižuje vročino, učinkuje protibakterijsko in protivnetno.
Cayenne pepper-> Cayenne pepper is high in vitamin A, B6, E, C, riboflavin, potassium, and manganese. It has also been shown to aid in the oxidation of adipose tissue, regulate high blood pressure, promote healthy liver function and tissue production, help regulate the digestive system, and promote healthy mucus production in the membranes that line internal organs.

GREEK YOGURT & FRESH BLUEBERRIES & GLUTEN-FREE BISCUITS


Ingredients:
  • 25 g blueberries
  • 100 g Greek yogurt
  • Gluten-free biscuits (or ordinary biscuits)
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Instructions:
Place  biscuits in a jar and mixed with coconut oil. Then add a Greek yogurt and place on top blueberries.

More about the ingredients:
  • Blueberries-> a source of vitamins A, B and C, iron and calcium, therefore has a strong antioxidant effect.
  • Coconut oil-> Oil has numerous healing effects on our body. Criteria that will help you in the selection of high-quality coconut oil are 4 star:
o   *extra virgin
o    *cold-pressed
o   *about 100%  raw
o   *organic

  • Greek yogurt-> Greek yogurt contains a higher protein density than regular yogurt. Besides, it contains twice as much protein as regular yogurt and is also suitable for people with lactose intolerance.
Sestavine:
  • 25 g borovnic
  • 100 g grškega jogurta
  • Brezglutenski piškoti ( lahko tudi navadni)
  • 1 čajna žlička kokosovega olja

Priprava:
V kozarec nadrobiš brezglutenske ali navadne piškote, ter jim primešaš kokosovo olje. Nato dodaš grški jogurt po katerem  posuješ borovnice.

Še nekaj o sestavinah:
  • Borovnice-> so dragocen vir vitaminov A, B in C, železa in kalcija, zato delujejo izrazito antioksidativno.
  • Kokosovo olje-> olje premore številne zdravilne učinke na naše telo. Kriteriji, ki vam bodo pomagali pri izbiri kvalitetnega kokosovega olja so 4 zvezdice:
o    *extra deviško
o   *hladno stisnjeno
o   *100% surovo
o   *organsko  
  • Grški jogurt-> je priljubljen zaradi svoje goste in kremaste teksture, priznan pa zaradi popolnega odnosa med maščobami in beljakovinami. Poleg tega pa vsebuje dvakrat več proteinov kot navadni jogurt in je primeren tudi za ljudi z laktozno netoleranco.

DELICIOUS QUINOA BARS



Ingrediants:
  • 1 cup Quinoa pops
  • 1/2 pinabutter
  • 1/4 agave or maple syrup
  • 100 g dark chocolate 
Instruction:
  • Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl (except chocolate).
  • Spread mixture out on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use your hands to form a rectangular shape.
  • With chocolate sauce, store the bars in the fridge overnight, until completely firm. Remove from freezer and slice into bars. 
More about the ingredients:

  • Quinoa pops-> made by popping whole grain quinoa under high pressure and a bit of heat.
  • Dark chocolate->contains antioxidant Flavonoids, which help our body for a more effectively fight against toxins, free radicals and DNA damage.

Sestavine:
  • 1 skodelica kvinojinih napihnjencev
  • 1/2 arašidovega masla
  • 1/4 agave ali javorjevega sirupa
  • 100 g temne čokolade
Priprava:
  • Kvinojine napihnjence, arašidovo maslo in agavo zmešaš v posodi. 
  • Maso enakomerno razporediš po manjšem pekaču ( ne pozabi na peki papir).
  • Nato še stopiš čokolado, ki jo poliješ po razporejeni masi.
  • Vse skupaj daš čez noč v hladilnik, da se masa strdi, saj jo je tako mogoče lažje rezat. 
Še nekaj o sestavinah:
  • Kvinojini napihnjenci nastanejo s segrevanjem kvinojinih semen v posebni posodi. Segrevanje ustvari slastne, lahke, hrustljave napihnjence.
  • Temna čokalada vsebuje antioksidant Flavonoid, ki našemu telesu pomaga, da se bolj uspešno bori proti toksinom, prostim radikalom in poškodbam DNA.

      PINK BEAUTY SMOOTHIE





      Ingrediants:
      • 1 cup frozen raspberries
      • 1 small beet
      • 1 tea spoon chia seeds
      • 1 cup water or coconut milk 
      Instructions:
      • Place everything into blender and puree until smooth.    
      More about the ingrediants:



      • Raspberries->vitamin C, vitamin B, fiber, magnesium, folic acid iron, enhance the immune system of the skin, smooth wrinkles;
      • Beet-> calcium, folic acid, a strong detoxification effect, strengthening the connective tissue in the skin, strengthens firmness of hair and nails;
      • Chia seeds->omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, protein sources, antioxidants and vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B8, and E, and minerals such as calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc.

      Sestavine:
      • 1 skodelica zmrznjenih malin
      • 1 manjša rdeča pesa
      • 1 čajna žlička chia semen
      • 1 skodelica vode ali kokosovega mleka 
      Priprava:

      • Sestavine narežete in  vrzite v mešalnik.
      • Dolijte vode ali kokosovo mleko in miksajte dokler ne dobite homogenega napitka.
      Še nekaj o sestavinah: 
      • Maline –> vitamin C, vlaknine, B vitamini, folna kislina, magnezij, železo,  krepijo imunski sistem kože, gladijo gubice;
      • Rdeča pesa –> kalij, silicij, folna kislina, močan razstrupljevalni učinek, krepi vezno tkivo v koži, krepi čvrstost las in nohtov; 
      • Chia semena –> vsebuje veliko omega-3 in omega-6 maščobnih kislin, vir beljakovin, antioksidantov in vitaminov A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B8 in E ter mineralov, kot so kalcij, kalij, železo, magnezij, fosfor in cink.
